REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Infinite Progress Ventures LLP, we want you to receive your order in proper condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different product, please contact us as soon as possible.

1. Eligible Returns

A return or replacement request may be accepted where:

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

  • The product is materially different from the product description or specifications provided on the website.

2. Return Request Period

Return or replacement requests should be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

3. Product Condition

Where a return is approved, the product should generally be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals and other items supplied with the product.

4. Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive a wrong or visibly damaged product, please contact us promptly with photographs/videos of the package and product.

We may request additional information to verify the issue before approving a replacement or refund.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will determine whether the product qualifies for a refund.

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's processing timelines.

The actual time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling

  • Products modified or repaired without authorization

  • Products returned without required accessories where such accessories are essential

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Issues caused by installation contrary to manufacturer instructions

7. Warranty

Where a product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, warranty claims will be subject to the manufacturer's applicable warranty terms and conditions.

8. Shipping Charges

Where a return is approved because the product was defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from what was advertised, return shipping arrangements will be handled as reasonably applicable to the case.

9. Cancellation

Order cancellation may be requested before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the applicable return process may apply.
